Our Doctors

Dr. Linda Tartell founded Swansea Pediatrics in 1982. Dr. Tartell graduated from New York Medical College and trained at Rhode Island Hospital for three years in Pediatrics. She is a Clinical Associate Professor in Pediatrics at Brown University’s Warren Alpert Medical School and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Joyce Monac joined Swansea Pediatrics in 1984. Dr. Monac graduated from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and trained at Rhode Island Hospital for three years in Pediatrics. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at Brown University’s Warren Alpert Medical School and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. E. Nina Cummings joined Swansea Pediatrics in 1991. Dr. Cummings graduated from the Pomeranian Academy of Medicine in Poland and trained at Children’s Hospital of Buffalo for three years. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Nancy Moten Singer joined Swansea Pediatrics in 1996. Dr. Singer graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and trained at Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh for three years. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Barbara DenUyl joined Swansea Pediatrics in 2004. Dr. DenUyl graduated from Northwestern University School of Medicine and trained at Yale University for three years. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Gina Costello joined Swansea Pediatrics in 2006. Dr. Costello graduated from St. Georges University School of Medicine and trained at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital for three years. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Kelly Reynolds joined Swansea Pediatrics in 2010. Dr. Reynolds graduated from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and trained at UMass Memorial Medical Center for three years in Pediatrics. She is Board Eligible to become a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and will take her board examination this year.
