Insurance policy

If you do not have insurance, please contact our office to talk with our staff about financial options including sliding scales, reasonable payment plans, and other arrangements in order for your child's care to be uninterrupted and on time.

Many other plans may not be listed but accepted. If your insurer is not listed, please call our office at 508-379-9605 and ask for Erika or Shannon to help or call the number on the back of your insurance card for information on coverage. If we have a contract with your insurance carrier, claims will be submitted directly to them by our billing office.

If a physician (PCP) is required for your plan, please make sure you have contacted your insurance company with your doctor's name to make sure services are billed properly.

If services are not covered, it will become your responsibility to pay for the services and resolve any financial concerns directly with your insurance company.
